Project Overview

The Center for Digital Transformation runs programs that help companies modernize their business processes through structured consultation programs.

Companies apply to participate in the program and work with certified consultants who analyze their business, identify improvement opportunities, and define implementation projects.

The platform ecosystem supports this entire process through several connected applications:

• Processing – manages company applications, consultations, and transformation phases
• Reporting – generates analytics and reports based on collected program data
• Vendors – manages tenders and vendor selection for implementation projects

To improve usability across the ecosystem, I also proposed a shared user management system, allowing administrators to manage users and permissions across all connected applications.

My Role

My role focused on designing the additional platforms that expand the main CDT system.

My responsibilities included:

• designing the Reporting platform
• designing the Vendors platform
• defining workflows between platforms
• designing the shared Users management system
• creating wireframes and UI for complex data interfaces
• collaborating closely with developers and stakeholders

Problem

Consultants working on the program collected large amounts of data during company analysis and transformation phases.

However, reporting and insights were managed manually through spreadsheets, making it difficult to extract useful insights or reuse data across companies.

At the same time, implementation projects required vendor selection through tenders, which was handled outside the system.

The goal was to extend the platform ecosystem with tools that would centralize reporting, analytics, and vendor selection.

System Architecture

The CDT ecosystem consists of multiple connected
platforms supporting different phases of the digital transformation program.
Designing the system required defining relationships
between applications, user roles, and data flows to ensure
a seamless experience across platforms.

Program Structure

The CDT program follows a structured process where companies work with certified consultants through multiple phases of analysis and implementation. Understanding this program structure was essential for designing platforms that support the entire transformation journey, from company application to implementation and reporting.

Key Chalange

Designing the Blade Matching Workflow

One of the main challenges was designing a system that connects multiple platforms while maintaining a consistent user experience.

Users needed to navigate between applications without losing context, so I proposed a unified navigation concept that allows switching between platforms directly through the system interface.

Another challenge was designing reporting tools that allow consultants to create, share, and update reports while ensuring stakeholders can access only the information relevant to them.

Final Design

The final ecosystem consists of multiple connected platforms supporting different stages of the digital transformation program.

The Reporting platform allows consultants and stakeholders to generate and share reports based on program data.

The Vendors platform manages tenders where vendors can apply to implement transformation projects defined during the consultation process.

A shared Users management system ensures consistent access control and simplifies administration across the ecosystem.

Together, these tools create a structured digital environment for managing complex transformation programs from initial analysis to implementation.
